I needed a desk a specific size to fit an area of the house for my home computer, this one is a high quality desk for the money and assembly was simple.
It has a quality appearance and feel.

This item just came short of 5 stars due to the ease of assembly (or lack thereof). First let me say it is very attractive, very sturdy and an overall excellent value. The metal is really solid and the tempered, dark colored glass is a little more than a quarter inch thick. It looks more expensive than it is especially when you consider a big part of the cost (for me) was the shipping. I'm 5'9" and my legs fit perfectly under the keyboard shelf. One dimension they don't give in the listing is the height from the floor to the keyboard shelf - it's 24 inches which is good for most people. On these points alone, I would be prompted to give it 5 stars.
I'm giving 4 stars only because for me it was a little trouble to assemble. When you are putting together the first few pieces, the illustrations are tiny and confusing. Don't screw anything too tightly because you're bound to be confused and you'll have to figure it out by trial and error. A little common sense doesn't... Read more

I would recommend this desk to anybody wanting to upgrade their desk at a reasonable price for well made furniture.
