parfume in a candle, August 3, 2011 By  Lisa Healey "lisalott" (hicks) - See all my reviews    This review is from: Bois de Vincennes Triple Wick Jar Candle Love these candles .Got one for way under the retail price at my local boutique nursery flower store. It was originally 89.00 and it is big. It has a picture of the Bois de Vincennes parc in France it burns for 40 hours and emits a slight perfume in the air. I bought the fourgere, lavender, and coumarin, oakmoss ,precious woods, and bergamont . Beautiful but I would never pay 89.00 or 69.00 for it. I paid 75% less than that. This candle is great for a "gift" at Christmas for someone who adores candles and appreciates the fine quality of this item. Not for everyday unless you are an eccentric like moi. For a scent that will fill the room by a designer D.L. Modern Alchemy is the only way to go . I am a candle connoisseur I know my candles.
