Skeptical at first, but really good, April 18, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Bradley High Back Bungee Chair (Blue / Graphite Black) (43"H x 23"W x 27"D) I wasn't so sure how actually comfortable this chair would be, but after reading reviews online and seeing positive reviews everywhere, I figured I would give it a shot. It is actually an extremely comfortable office chair. Unlike a standard desk chair which has a particle board or plywood base, this is just bungee cords. So, instead of sinking in and then hitting a hard surface, the chair just bends to your weight. I can imagine that if you were extremely light or heavy that this could be uncomfortable though.
I was not sure how well the bands would hold or if they would leave marks, but there is enough of them. Think of it like a comfortable bed of nails; a few cords would be murder, but this many is quite nice. The only complaint that I could see people making is about the height of the chair. Even at the lowest setting, it is still quite high. I am six feet tall and it is just fine for me at the lowest setting.
